Final Workshop of the ARIS Z5-3220 Postdoctoral Project on Deterrence in the Context of Private Enforcement of EU Law

On Wednesday, May 29 2024, a workshop on deterrence in the context of private enforcement of EU law was held at the Faculty of Law, where Dr. Petra Weingerl presented the findings of the ARIS Z5-3220 postdoctoral project. Guests Dr. Bert Keirsbilck (KU Leuven), Dr. Lena Hornkohl (University of Vienna), Dr. Karmen Lutman (University of Ljubljana), and João Otávio Bacchi Gutinieki (University of São Paulo/University of Vienna) presented complementary and alternative perspectives on the issue. The workshop was moderated by Dr. Janja Hojnik.
