Monografija »Cross-Border Enforcement in Europe: National and International Perspectives« je plod zaključenega evropskega projekta »Remedies concerning Enforcement of Foreign Judgements according to Brussels I Recast«, ki ga je uspešno koordinirala Pravna fakulteta Univerze v Mariboru.  Delo obravnava številna aktualna vprašanja čezmejne izvršbe na ravni EU (harmonizacija prostega pretoka sodnih odločb) in posebnosti ureditev v nacionalnem pravu posameznih držav članic.
